We look after 23 homes inside Residences at Barrier Reef — 1–2 bedroom residences sleeping up to 6, each one styled and inspected by our island team rather than left to a rental pool.
On the grounds you get a pool that's genuinely swimmable at 7am.
Rates and calendars come live from our PMS, so what you see is what's actually open. You book with us directly, not a marketplace.
