Private Villas on Ambergris Caye, Belize

Whole-home island villas — private pool, private dock, no shared walls, and a concierge who knows the island by name.

6 homes to choose from

A villa is what you book when the group is the point. Families travelling together, a milestone birthday, a small wedding party: everyone under one roof with a kitchen big enough to cook in, a pool nobody else is using, and enough bedrooms that no one is sleeping on a sofa.

Our villas are spread along both the north and south coasts of Ambergris Caye. Some sit directly on the sand with a dock running out over the turtle grass; others sit a street back with a walled garden and a larger pool. Each one has a dedicated property manager who handles the arrival, the golf carts, the grocery pre-stock and the boat charters.

Because you rent the entire property, villa pricing reflects the whole home rather than a per-room rate. Select your dates to see the live nightly rate and the exact total, taxes included, before you commit to anything.

Good to know

Do the villas have private pools?
Most do. Pool details are listed on each villa page under amenities — filter or open a listing to confirm before booking.
Can you arrange a chef or housekeeping for a villa?
Yes. Private chefs, daily housekeeping, in-villa massage, boat charters and airport transfers can all be arranged ahead of arrival through Floreo Travel, our sister travel agency.
Is it cheaper to book direct with Stay Floreo?
Yes. Booking on stayfloreo.com skips the 14–20% guest service fee the large listing sites add at checkout. You see the same live availability and rates our reservations team sees, and you deal with the local property manager directly.
How do I get to Ambergris Caye?
Fly into Belize City (BZE), then connect to San Pedro on Tropic Air or Maya Island Air — about 20 minutes over the reef. The San Pedro Belize Express water taxi is the slower, cheaper option at roughly 90 minutes. Stay Floreo arranges transfers and golf-cart rental before you land.
