"Headline: Overall, I would recommend just keep in mind you will not be using the beach at the property. Positive: The location is great as long as you rent a golf cart. I also really liked the pool and the property was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. Negative: The beach at the property is unusable with a lot of seaweed. This makes the water brown, and there is a lot of trash buildup in the seaweed. Luckily the property is not too far from secret beach, which is a nice alternative. Secret beach has clean water and is a lot of fun."

"Everyone wants to stay downtown area when traveling to San Pedro but I didn’t and loved it. I felt safe even at night and everything was great. We still only traveled 20 minutes to get downtown where most of the food spots and nightlife were and only 13 minutes from Secret Beach. The staff at check in were great and the host was very responsive and helpful. The condo was so nice and even set up for my birthday. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had no issues during our stay."

"Headline: We had a great experience at that place and would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, we liked it so much we are Positive: Rooms were very spacious. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in traveling. The AC worked very well and was very important after a long hot day playing in the sun. The pool was very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and in working order. We fixed several meals of fresh caught snapper and ripe mangos. The staff was very helpful and always willing to make sure we were happy. It was nice to have Secret Beach so close and it has very little if any Sargassum seaweed. Negative: I’m thinking hard to find something we were not happy about. The sargassum(a seaweed of sorts) is a familiar problem at any place you stay at in that area and washes up on the beaches somewhat limiting access to the water and creating an unpleasant smell. Their staff were constantly at work raking it up and hauling it off. One job I would not like to have. It’s something you kind of get used to anytime you stay in the area."
