Note: Please be advised that there is ongoing construction towards the north side of the property at the neighboring resort. As a result, you may notice the presence of construction activities along the drive and in the north-facing views. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please Note: Due to our resort's location near the barrier reef and the prevailing trade winds, there may be the presence of sargassum along the shoreline. The island is currently experiencing an above-average influx, part of a natural regional phenomenon. While our dedicated team works diligently to manage this issue, cleanup efforts may be impacted depending on weather conditions and overall volume. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to ensuring a positive experience for all our guests.

"For starters, the property caretaker, Mark was one of the highlights of the experience. He is an incredible human and amazing host. The property fit our families needs and the description was accurate. The pool was awesome. The house was a clean and comfortable place to relax after lots of sun and adventures each day. The views are amazing. Sipping our morning coffee as we watched the sunrise as we were surrounded by the cool morning breeze felt like paradise Based on the amount we paid for this rental, we didnt expect the following: We were surprised there was no master suite with private bathroom. There is a villa being constructed on the north property line and a transfer depot on the south property line. The heavy equipment in the depot begins unloading barges at 6:30 or 7 am nearly every day of the week. The only way to access the main road is to cross the bridge over the malarial, trash swamp. Tip: do not use Floreo to book excursions or golf cart rental. Book it yourself."

"The host company was fantastic to work with and the caretaker Mark was so helpful. He gave us great local recommendations and was available every time we had a question. There was a lot of construction around us but since we spent most days exploring the island, so it didn't bother us too much. The Sargassum is an issue on that side of the island so be mindful about your time of visit. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. Lots of games and a well appointed kitchen!"

"Pros:-accurate description and photos-clean -plenty of space-pack and play for young children-great pool-Mark, on site caretaker, was highly available and very kindCons:-No beach access-Pollution from neighboring construction company. Literally have to cross a bridge over a river of garbage to get to the property-Terrible smell of the sargassum, also not the owner's fault-I think the place is overpriced, maybe driven by local demand? It's super expensive and there were not many amenities. For example, no coffee was available. My parents stayed with us and they also operate a VRBO, and were super surprised by that-Ants in the sugar jar and in other kitchen spaces-Didn't get any messages from the host shortly before the dates we were staying. Not sure what happened, but it seems the VRBO interface may have been to blame. This caused a lot of stress as we didn't know if they were arranging our taxi or how to check in as none of their messages were getting through to us"
