Sea View

Fantastic villa even better in real life than the pictures. Hosts were very helpful in helping us plan our trip. Would highly recommend this villa to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed last week with four other couples. We absolutely loved it. There was plenty of space for everyone to either come together or enjoy some solitude. The pool area was actually larger than I expected and the entire area accommodated our group without crowding. Communication was easy and responses were always prompt. We also appreciated management letting our friends that arrived before us check in early. Water pressure was great, AC units worked perfectly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Our only suggestion would be to provide some hangers for clothing in all of the units. Other than that, we have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful week! -

We used the entire place for a week for 11 people. Clean, safe, convenient, comfortable, and well equipped.

Amazing host and property. Andre helped us with check in and had the best recommendations. Will definitely stay again while in San Pedro. 14 of us fit perfectly. Location is so private and we were able to enjoy our selves comfortably. Only thing I would say is pool is not chlorine and with so many people the water did slow down but once I what’s app Andre it was instantly fixed! 10/10

A great air bnb to choose, we stayed from 4/24-4/28/2024. It’s located in the PERFECT location, right in the middle of everything between secrets beach and downtown San Pedro. On golf cart it’s a short beautiful ride for sight seeing. I recommend! -

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and overall had a great experience. The location was good, the house is spacious and clean, the pool was so relaxing and the host was super responsive and extremely helpful! The only draw back was the bugs, which no one can help (bring bug spray)!!! I would recommend this house and would stay again.

HOUSE WAS CLEAN. THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE BUT WORKERS WAS NOT ON SITE WHILE WE WERE THERE. GREAT LOCATION. SLIGHT HICCUP WITH THE WATER BUT ANDRE HAD IT FIXED WITHIN 30 MINS….. LETS GETS INTO ANDRE THE CONCIERGE. HE WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. PLANNED EVERYTHING. VERY RESPONSIVE. GAVE GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS. ALL IN ALL HE WAS A 10/10 ALONE….

This house is located in the middle of all the fun. It’s about a 10-minute golf cart ride to the airport, a 2 min walk to Truck Stop and ~20 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach.The concierge met us at the airport and assisted with transferring our luggage to the rental free of charge. The concierge also gave us a walk-through of the house. During our stay, a pipe burst, and the water went out. I sent the host a message through Airbnb, they sent someone immediately and it was fixed in under 4 hours. The Concierge and the owner of the rental were very apologetic, hand-wrote an apology letter, and bought us dinner. 24-48 hours before we arrived, we were told construction was happening on site. There were no workers present, but there were bags of cement near the fence. Overall the rental was clean and in a safe area.

I recently rented Sea View for over a week. We had the absolute best family vacation yet! Accommodations are very important to me and Sea View fit the bill. It was very clean, and up to date. The home was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. We would adventure all day and come back to swim and hang out on the large screened in porch. The home is not directly on the water, but it felt as if it was because the view was wonderful. As far as the location, it could not have been more idea for our needs. We walked down an idyllic path every morning for coffee and breakfast, dinner on the pier and a walk to the not be missed "Truck Stop". Although it was just our family, we are looking to book again with friends as the home is set up perfectly for multiple families. We will be back again and again!

The house itself is beautiful. It's a good choice for big family or multi-couple trips. It's not very private or isolated, but you are very close to all the local amenities and attractions. If you are going during rain season, be ready to deal with mosquitos.
